Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Qatar and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

- GCC Countries: QAR [X] | Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
- International: QAR [X] | Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders over QAR 250 within Qatar.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment through our carrier's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at johnnrengi@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
